An employee set skills and the rate for each skill. To rate the skill the employee uses a scale from 1% to 100%. The system evaluates whether the employee is a beginner, experienced or highly qualified candidate. What is more important is that ex-colleagues and ex-employers assesses candidate’s skills too what effects on the overall skills’ rates.
Auto search and matching algorithms
