Collaborators can discuss details directly within the video production process with a custom-built video conference feature that includes text chat. All video production tools are available during the call, recreating the collaborative experience of being in the same studio.

Users can switch between video streams and customize recording parameters such as resolution, frame rate, codecs, and extensions. Additionally, they can enhance videos with backgrounds, animations, text, and images.

Collaborative Real-Time Production Management

Custom-built video conferencing feature, integrated with text chat, keeps all production discussions within the platform for streamlined collaboration. Production members can adjust audio and video streams, manage camera angles, switch layouts, share screens, and use drawing tools – all in real time. Additional controls allow for on-the-fly adjustments to streams, recording sessions, and parameters like bitrate and frame size, making each production flexible and dynamic.

Professional Video Production Tools

Users can switch between video streams and customize settings such as resolution, frame rates, codecs, and formats. Enhancing video quality is simple, with tools to add backgrounds, animations, text, and images for a polished, professional output.

Studio and Set Management

Each project is organized within a virtual studio similar to a cloud storage folder, streamlining access to video files and post-production assets. Sets can be created and managed with flexible configurations, including recording sessions, codec and resolution settings, and frame rate adjustments.

Role-Based User Management

To ensure smooth production, we developed several user roles:

Admin: manages all production functions, from video set creation to participant stream control (audio/video), with full oversight of the platform.
Production Member: creates and manages sets, handles recording, and invites Talents while controlling streams during live calls.
Talent: joins the video stream as a featured participant via a unique invite link.

Cloud-Based Post-Production Workflow

After live sessions, production members can easily access recorded files from cloud storage for seamless post-production. The platform allows users to search, organize, and download files, making it easy to manage video content in one integrated workflow.
